Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Standard shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-7 business days. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping options. We ship to most addresses within the United Kingdom and select international destinations. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping fees, once we receive the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to replace the item at no cost to you.
